KAP - Kite Aerial Photography

I got interested in taking pictures from the kites I was building, so I built a KAP rig using aluminum strips, some hobby gears, and old R/C servos:

It hangs from a Picavet suspension.
It has 360º Pan rotation, and 120º tilt of the camera from above the horizon to straight down.

I mounted an Nikon CoolPix 900 in it, trigged by a small servo:

That's me in the center with the white hat and red shorts, controling the R/C link to the KAP rig.

Below is a shot of the gang playing volleyball at 4th Ave.
